Understand Avenue

A vibrant public-benefit cultural space constructed from 116 colorful shipping containers stacked 1-3 stories high. Created through collaboration between Seoul City, Seongdong-gu, and Lotte Duty Free, this award-winning architecture (2017 Seoul Architecture Award) hosts rotating pop-ups, performances, exhibitions, and community events at the entrance to Seoul Forest.
